We do not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data or personally identifiable information (PII).

The application runs entirely locally on your device:

• All physiological calculations, waveform renders, and alarm triggers are computed locally in real-time.
• No data is sent to external servers or cloud services.

2. Device Permissions Used

Our app requires specific device capabilities to function, which remain entirely on your local machine:

• Audio Output / Speaker Access: Used solely to synthesize local frequency beeps and alarms (IEC 60601-1-8 standard alarm sequences). No microphone access is requested.
• Local Storage (Web Version): Used to save your preference regarding the startup medical disclaimer so that the alert does not pop up repeatedly.

3. Third-Party Services

The CardioSim application does not integrate with any third-party SDKs, tracking libraries, analytics tools, or advertising networks. We do not track your behavior across other apps or websites.

4. Children's Privacy

Since we do not collect any personal information, our application is safe for all age groups, including students under the age of 13. We comply fully with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
